What helps us answer properly.
- →Roughly how many monthly users and events you expect. It decides which plan is sensible and whether we need to talk about volume.
- →Whether you are migrating from another tool, and which. Historic data import is a conversation, not a button.
- →Any hard requirements — SAML, SOC 2, data residency, your own model endpoint. Several of those do not exist yet and we would rather say so in the first email.
- →What you are actually trying to find out about your product. It is usually a better guide to whether Tangent fits than a feature list.
