Questions about the bill
What counts as a tracked user?
A distinct identified or anonymous user who sent at least one event in the billing month. Someone who does not use your product that month does not count.
What happens when I go over?
On Plus, Growth and Enterprise nothing breaks and no data is dropped: you are told, and asked to move up a plan. On Starter the limit is enforced: once the month's events are used up, further events are refused until the month resets or you move up a plan.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Invite the whole company. Pricing is on tracked users and events, so the cost follows the value rather than the headcount.
Is session replay priced separately?
No. Session replay and heatmaps are included on every plan.
Can I pay by invoice?
On Growth and Enterprise, yes. Get in touch and we will arrange it.
